Other Array Analyses

The Genomics Resource offers ChIP analysis, copy number variation/comparative genome hybridization (CNV/CGH), and methylation profiling. See the following pages for more information.

Custom Arrays

The Genomics Resource's DNA Array Lab has actively participated in studies that use microarray technology in novel ways. For example, microarray technology has been used by Center investigators to study DNA replication timing. Other examples of applications include the mapping of nucleosome positions, as well as assessing histone modification status.

The resource is committed to supporting investigators that are exploring unconventional array-based applications by offering advice to help assess feasibility, as well as providing expertise to assist with application development and use.

Those considering an unconventional application of array technology should contact: Jeff Delrow at jdelrow@fhcrc.org or (206) 667-2763.
