Furniture and furnishings, utilities, cable television, washer/dryer, local telephone service and weekday shuttle service are included in the rates. Rental rates are based on the square footage and location of the apartment.

Stays of 30 nights or more:
$1,300 to $1,480 monthly

Furnished One Bedroom Apartment
(sleeps up to four people)
Apartment size: 540 to 782 square feet

Stays of one to 29 nights:

Stays of 30 nights or more:
$1,770 to $1,920 monthly

Furnished Two Bedroom Apartment with Two Bathrooms
(sleeps up to six people)
Apartment size: 782 to 1,049 square feet

Stays of one to 29 nights:

• Secured parking underneath the building is $50 per month. Short-term parking (anything less than 2 weeks) is $5 per night. Anything between 2-4 weeks (or 29 days) is $2.50 per night.

Pete Gross House can bill private insurance and Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), but DSHS requires prior approval before move-in.
